2Twenty is the exclusive distributor of the 2Twenty2 products. Our business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST Monday – Friday. Please email us at email@example.com or submit your query through the form on the “Contact Us” page.
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging & product thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number along with your email address and phone number ready for the fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
2Twenty2 does not use animal testing for any of our skin care products, either directly or indirectly. We test our finished formulations only on human testers.
Some products have thicker or thinner viscosity and may need priming. What this means is that it can take a few pumps, or many to initiate the first release of product. Please ensure you have attempted to prime more strokes prior to contacting us.
